RETURN POLICY

At Evoltronic, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy complies with U.S. laws and provides clear guidelines for handling product returns and exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
    • Intimate or sanitary products.
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
    • Gift cards, downloadable software, and some personal care items.

To complete your return, proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.


2. Return Process

  • Notification: If you wish to return a product, you must inform us within 3 business days of receiving it.

    • A detailed explanation of the issue (in text)
    • A video demonstrating the product’s condition or defect
  • Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will generate a return order with the original shipping carrier within 15 days.
  • Product Collection: The shipping carrier will collect the item from the original delivery location. Alternatively, customers may drop off the item at the carrier’s office.
  • Inspection & Replacement: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, a replacement product of the same type and value will be sent using the original shipping carrier.

3. No Cash Refunds We do not issue cash refunds (including bank transfers or credit card reversals). Instead, customers are eligible for:

  • Product exchange for the same item if it is defective or damaged.
  • A 10% discount on their next purchase as compensation for any inconvenience caused by the return process.

4. Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
